If you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds are for items returned within 20 business days of the date you received your order. It will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. 20% of the total is not not refundable do to shipping cost and other cost involved with the order.
Also we do not give refunds if the item has been used or damaged. All item must returned in the same box and carton that it was shipped in. Sheets, linens and waterbed liners can only be returned if they were not removed from there original packing. Please check the size and color before removing it from its packing.
No refunds on special orders or items that have to be manufactured. If you have a problem with any item that was manufactured or a special order we will do everything we can to resolve the issue; Just contact us at our ph# below or email us.
